Glove Compartment Lid, Removing and Installing

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required 

• Torque wrench V.A.G 1783/

Removing 

• Remove glove compartment → Storage Compartments and Covers .

• Remove joint pin - 1  - at brake for glove compartment cover.

• Remove the bolts - 1  -.
• Pull off stop - 2  -.
• Open glove compartment.

• Remove pins - 1  - on left side of glove compartment.

• Remove pins - 1  - on right side of glove compartment.
• Remove glove compartment cover.

Installing 

Installation is reverse of removal.

Tightening torque: 

1 - Bolts (Qty. 2), 2 Nm
