Lane Change Assistance Control Modules, Removing and Installing

• Remove rear bumper cover → 63 - BUMPERS .
• Disconnect electrical connector - 3  -.
• Remove bolts - 2  - and - 4  -.
• Remove the lane change assist control module - 1  - from the mount on the bumper - arrow  -.

Installing 

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

• Install rear bumper cover → 63 - BUMPERS .

Lane Change Assistance Control Module J769/J770 must be re-calibrated each time bumper cover is removed → Lane Change Assistance, Preparing for Calibration .
