Outside Door Handle Lamp, Removing and Installing
Removing
NOTE:
- All cable ties opened or cut during engine removal must be reinstalled at the same locations during installation.
- Remove relevant door trim. Front door: → FRONT DOOR TRIM or Rear door: → REAR DOOR TRIM .
- Remove appropriate door window glass.
- Front → 57 - FRONT DOORS, CENTRAL LOCKING SYSTEM, WINDOW REGULATORS
- Rear → 58 - REAR DOORS, WINDOW REGULATORS
- Remove appropriate door handle.
- Front → 57 - FRONT DOORS, CENTRAL LOCKING SYSTEM, WINDOW REGULATORS
- Rear → 58 - REAR DOORS, WINDOW REGULATORS
- Unclip the two retaining clips in the direction of the - arrow - and remove the door handle lamp - 1 - from the handle - 2 -.
Installing
Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:
NOTE:
- Re-attach all cable ties at the same locations when re-installing.
- Install appropriate door handle.
- Front → 57 - FRONT DOORS, CENTRAL LOCKING SYSTEM, WINDOW REGULATORS
- Rear → 58 - REAR DOORS, WINDOW REGULATORS
- Install appropriate door window glass.
