Coupling station, right A-pillar trim, removing and installing
Removing
- With ignition switched off, disconnect battery Ground (GND) wire → Battery, disconnecting and connecting .
- Remove lower A-pillar trim → 70 - INTERIOR TRIM REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
- Press clip in - direction of arrow - and disengage coupling station on A-pillar.
- Unclip fuse holders from coupling station.
- Remove relay or control modules, then unclip respective relay carrier.
NOTE:
- For the exact assignment of coupling station on right A-pillar, refer to the current wiring diagram → Electrical Wiring Diagrams, Troubleshooting and Component Locations.
Installing
Installation is performed in reverse order of removal, noting the following:
- Install lower A-pillar trim → 70 - INTERIOR TRIM REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
- Connect battery. Required actions Battery, disconnecting and connecting .
