Rear Lid Courtesy Lamp, removing and installing (Avant)

Removing 

• Press in catch - 1  - using a flat screwdriver and pry out rear lid courtesy lamp - 3  -.
• Disconnect electrical harness connector - 2  -.

• Release clips - arrows  - and pull cover - 1  - off above light bulb.

• Remove light bulb - 1  - (12 V, 5 W) from socket - 2  - on back side of rear lid courtesy lamp.

Installing 

Installation is performed in reverse order of removal, noting the following:

• Insert rear lid courtesy lamp into opening and engage on opposite side.
