Charge Air Cooler, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Observe The Guidelines For Clean Working Conditions. Refer To GUIDELINES FOR CLEAN WORKING CONDITIONS .

-- Remove The Lock Carrier Cover. Refer To LOCK CARRIER COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove The Air Filter Housing. Refer To AIR FILTER HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove The Bolts -1 And 2- And Remove The Bumper Cover Noise Insulation Toward The Rear.

-- Release The Clamps In Direction Of -A Arrows- And Remove The Air Intake Grille -1- At The Left And Right From The Lower Section Of The Bumper Cover In Direction Of -Arrow B-.

-- Release The Retaining Tabs In Direction Of -A Arrows- And Tilt The Left And Right Air Ducts -1- Toward The Center Of The Vehicle In Direction Of -Arrow B-.

-- Remove the air duct hose from the charge air cooler by loosening the hose clamp -arrow-.

-- Remove the bolt -1-.

-- Remove the air duct hose from the charge air cooler by loosening the hose clamp -1-.

-- Push the catch downward in direction of -arrow A- and move the charge air cooler upward slightly in the direction of -arrow B-.

-- Remove the charge air cooler upward from the radiator in direction of -arrows A- and push it in direction of -arrow B-.
