Glove compartment lid damping mechanism (vehicles with knee bolster), removing and installing

Special tools and workshop equipment required 

• Front end hook 3370

Removing: 

• Open glove compartment.

• Remove right instrument panel cover - arrow  - using front end hook 3370.

• Disconnect connector - 2  -.
• Remove joint pin - 1  -.
• Unlock glove compartment lid damping mechanism - 3  - in clockwise direction and remove.
