Turbocharger Vacuum Diaphragm

Removing

-- Remove the turbocharger Figure.

-- Remove securing plate -1- over linkage on turbocharger.

-- Loosen lock nut -2-.

-- Disconnect linkage from turbocharger -3-.

-- Disconnect vacuum diaphragm -1- and remove bolts -4-.

Installing

Installation is carried out in the reverse order while noting the following:

For the correct tightening specifications, refer to TURBOCHARGER OVERVIEW .

-- Adjust the turbocharger vacuum diaphragm. Refer to TURBOCHARGER VACUUM DIAPHRAGM, ADJUSTING .

-- Install the turbocharger. Refer to TURBOCHARGER .
