Rear Vents and Rear Climatronic Control Head, Removing and Installing

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

1 - Center console extension

2 - Rear vent

• Remove cup holder unit with small storage compartment cover → Cupholder Unit with Small Storage Compartment Cover, Removing and Installing 
• Remove the bolts - 4  -.
• Pull out rear air vent unit - 2  -, disconnect harness connectors while doing so → Disconnect harness connector for A/C controls .
• Press out the A/C controls - 3  - from rear.

3 - Rear A/C controls

• Remove cup holder unit with small storage compartment cover → Cupholder Unit with Small Storage Compartment Cover, Removing and Installing 
• Remove the bolts - 4  -.
• Pull out rear air vent unit - 2  -, disconnect harness connectors while doing so → Disconnect harness connector for A/C controls .
• Press out the A/C controls - 3  - from rear.

4 - Bolts (Qty. 2), 2.5 Nm
