Catalytic Converters, Removing And Installing: Installation

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

NOTE:

Replace seals and self-locking nuts.

Secure all hose connections using hose clamps appropriate for the model type .

When Installation, bring all cable ties back to same positions.

-- Fasten the drive shaft on the front final drive, refer to FRONT FINAL DRIVE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING ..

-- Install the drive shaft heat shield, refer to FRONT FINAL DRIVE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the oxygen sensors, refer to OXYGEN SENSORS .

-- Install the Throttle Valve Control Module -J338-, refer to Multiport Fuel Injection .

-- Install exhaust system free of stress, refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, INSTALLING .

-- On a vehicle with air suspension, deactivate vehicle lift mode, refer to VEHICLE LIFT MODE .
