Windshield Wiper Motor -V- WITH Wiper Motor Control Module -J400-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Removal

-- Remove windshield wiper arm -1- and -3-, refer to WINDSHIELD WIPER ARM, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove rubber seal -5- and remove plenum chamber cover -4-.

CAUTION:

Danger of damaging the plenum chamber cover.

Coat the transition between the windshield and cowl panel trim -2- with some soapy water and carefully pull the cowl panel trim vertically out of the retainer on the windshield beginning at the edge of the window.

-- Remove plenum chamber cover -2- carefully from the windshield.

-- Remove engine cover.

-- Remove screws -arrows-, rotate wiper crank if necessary.

-- Completely remove windshield wiper frame -2-.

-- Disconnect electrical connector -1- with Elbow Assembly Tool T10118.
