Windshield and Rear Window Washer Pump -V59-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING

Special tools and workshop equipment required

Drip tray

Removal

-- Turn off the ignition and remove the key.

-- Remove right front wheel.

-- Remove front right wheel housing liner, refer to Wheel Housing Liners .

-- Disconnect the connector -2- on the Windshield Washer Fluid Level Sensor -G33-.

-- Place a drip tray under the windshield washer fluid reservoir.

-- Remove the windshield washer pump -5- out of the washer reservoir -1-.

-- Disconnect the washer fluid lines -3- and -6- from the washer pump.

-- Disconnect the connector -4-.

Installation

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

-- Check the sealing grommet -7- for damage.

-- Install the right front wheel housing liner, refer to Wheel Housing Liners .
