Headlamp Washer System Spray Nozzles, Removing And Installing: Removal

-- Remove front bumper cover, refer to FRONT BUMPER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

NOTE:

Lay cloths between bumper and pliers to protect bumper cover.

-- Pull spray nozzle telescope out of bumper cover as far as stop.

Hold telescope in extended position with pliers.

-- Spread side walls of cover -1- for spray nozzle -arrow A- and swing cover down -arrow B-.

-- Carefully disengage cover side walls from retaining pins -2- and -3-.

-- Clamp off the windshield washer fluid hose -1- with Hose Clamps - Up To 25mm 3094.

NOTE:

Lay a cloth under the point of separation to catch any washer fluid.

-- Remove fluid hose -2- from spray nozzle -1-.

-- Remove screws -arrows- and remove spray nozzle.
