Engine Oil Cooler, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

Tightening specifications. Refer to OIL PAN UPPER AND LOWER SECTIONS, OIL PUMP AND OIL COOLER OVERVIEW .

NOTE:

Replace any bolts that were tightened with an additional turn.

Replace the seal.

Secure all hose connections with hose clamps of the same type as those equipped by the factory.

-- Install the After-Run Coolant Pump -V51-. Refer to After-Run Coolant Pump -V51-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Check the oil level. Refer to Maintenance, Diagnosis .

-- Fill with coolant. Refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING .
