Left Intermediate Pipe, Removing And Installing: Installation

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

Tightening specifications, refer to EXHAUST MANIFOLD OVERVIEW and EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION OVERVIEW .

NOTE:

Replace the seals, o-rings and the self-locking nuts.

-- Install the air duct hoses and screw-type clamps .

-- Install the exhaust gas recirculation auxiliary cooler. Refer to EGR AUXILIARY COOLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the rear coolant pipes. Refer to REAR COOLANT PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install primary catalytic converter. Refer to PRIMARY CATALYTIC CONVERTER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
