Rear Cross Panel Trim, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Observe the following when doing so:

Before installing rear cross panel trim -1-, left -2- and right -4- luggage compartment side trims and luggage compartment floor -3- or the floor support on vehicles with a 3rd row must be installed.

-- Insulation -5- must be guided over striker pin.

Refer to Installing .

-- Insert rear cross panel trim -1- with the pins -arrow A- in the hole -arrow B- in luggage compartment floor -3-, or in the floor support in vehicles with a 3rd row.

-- At the same time, press the rear cross panel trim down. The clamps -arrow C- must be guided into the mounts -arrow D- in the body.

-- Then tighten screws. Refer to -Item 4- REAR CROSS PANEL TRIM OVERVIEW to tightening specification.

-- Install the rubber seal lip over the leading edge of the rear cross panel trim.
