A-Pillar Upper Trim, Removing And Installing: Removing

Do not clamp the head curtain airbag when installing upper A-pillar trim -1-.

-- Carefully unclip the cover cap with airbag symbol -1- from upper A-pillar trim -2-.

NOTE:

The cover cap remains hanging on the upper A-pillar trim and cannot be removed.

-- Remove the bolt -3-.

-- Carefully pry out upper A-pillar trim -2- beginning at the top using the Trim Removal Wedge3409.

-- Then remove the upper A-pillar trim from the instrument panel.
