Right Coolant Pipe On Transmission, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

Tightening specifications. Refer to OVERVIEW - COOLANT PIPES .

NOTE:

The hose connections as well as the air guide pipes and hoses must be free of oil and grease before installing.

Secure all hose connections with hose clamps of the same type as those equipped by the factory. .

To mount the air guide hoses on their connectors securely, spray the bolts on the used clamps with rust remover before installing.

-- Install the ATF wires. Refer to ATF PIPES, ATF THERMOSTAT AND ATF COOLER, 6-CYLINDER 3.6L FSI, ASSEMBLY OVERVIEW .

-- Install the starter. Refer to STARTER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the right engine support. Refer to OVERVIEW - SUBFRAME .

-- Install the right engine mount. Refer to ENGINE MOUNT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the Secondary Air Injection Pump Motor -V10-. Refer to Secondary Air Injection Pump Motor -V101-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the generator. Refer to GENERATOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the right front wheel. Refer to WHEEL, CHANGING AND MOUNTING .

-- Fill with coolant COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING .
