Outer Bulb Holder, Removing And Installing

Removal

-- Turn off the ignition and remove the key.

-- Turn the headlamp switch to "0".

-- Pry out cover cap with Trim Removal Wedge3409 in direction of -arrow-.

-- Turn sockets -1- and -2- counterclockwise.

-- Remove the bulb sockets from the tail lamp housing.

-- Remove lamp from socket.

Installation

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

-- Insert new bulb into socket, do not touch glass cone with bare hands when doing so.

-- Secure socket by turning clockwise.

-- Place the cap -1- on the rear flap -2-, when doing this the mount -3- must fit into the notch in the body in direction of -arrow-.
