Right Trim Molding with Switch Strip, Removing and Installing

• Trim removal wedge 3409

Removing

• Open coin tray.
• Slide coin tray panel toward the left out of catch - arrow  - and remove.

• Open glove compartment.
• Carefully disengage decorative panel with switch strip - 1  - - starting above the glove compartment - from instrument panel using trim removal wedge 3409.
• Pull off decorative panel with switch strip in - direction of arrow  -.

• Disconnect electrical connector.

Installing 

Installation is reverse of removal, noting the following:

• When inserting decorative panel - 1  - with switch strip, make sure that both catches in panel center are inserted between instrument panel and screen housing - arrows  -.
