Metal Valve Body, Removing and Installing

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Torque wrench V.A.G 1410

• Place metal valve with rubber seal through rim from inside.
• Position beveled washer and union nut from outside and tighten.

• Secure against turning with counterhold - 1  - (e.g. drill bit 2 mm).

• Press wheel electronics - 1  - into bed and fasten at rear of valve with microencapsulated screw.
