Oil pump drive sprocket, removing and installing

Removing

Remove front sealing flange → Front sealing flange, removing and installing .

Using standard claw remover - 2 - , remove crankshaft chain sprocket while protecting crankshaft end with appropriate washer - 1 -.

Installing

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

Heat up chain sprocket in an oven for approx. 15 minutes at 220°C.

CAUTION: Wear protective gloves!

Using pliers, install chain sprocket on crankshaft end and slide onto crankshaft to stop using press tube 30 - 100.
