Parking Lamp Bulb, Replacing

Removing 

• Switch off ignition and remove ignition key.
• Turn light switch into "0" position.

Left headlamp: 

• Remove reservoir for power steering.

Right headlamp: 

• Remove upper section of air filter housing.

All Vehicles 

• Disengage retaining tabs - arrows  - and remove high beam housing cover from headlamp housing.

• Release parking light socket by pressing grip on socket down - arrow 1  -.
• Pull parking light socket out of headlamp housing - arrow 2  -.

• Remove parking light bulb - 1  - from socket - 2  -.

Installing 

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

• Insert new bulb into socket, do not touch glass cone with bare hands when doing so.
• Push socket into reflector until it engages noticeably.
• Close the housing lid.
