Main Fuse Carrier, Right A-Pillar, Removing and Installing
Removing
- With ignition switched off, disconnect battery Ground (GND) wire → Battery, Disconnecting and Connecting .
- Remove lower A-pillar trim → 70 - INTERIOR TRIM .
- Fold back floor carpet.
- Remove protective cover over main fuse carrier.
- Fold cover - 2 - to side.
- Remove nuts - 1 - and - 3 -.
- Remove nut - 4 - for battery cable.
- If necessary, detach fuse box from bulkhead.
NOTE:
- Precise assignment of right A-pillar main fuse carrier can be seen from appropriate wiring diagram → Electrical Wiring Diagrams, Troubleshooting and Component Locations.
Installing
Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:
- Install lower A-pillar trim → 70 - INTERIOR TRIM .
- Connect battery. Required actions → Battery, Disconnecting and Connecting .
