Power Window Control Head, Removing and Installing

Removing 

• Switch off ignition and remove ignition key.
• Remove front door trim → 70 - INTERIOR TRIM .
• Detach insulating mat from door trim.

• Remove bolts - arrows  - and detach armrest.

• Remove bolt - arrow  - and detach switch mount - 1  - from armrest.

• Release fasteners on armrest side by pressing retaining element - arrows  -.
• Use small screwdriver to carefully release fasteners - 1  - on trim side.
• Pull window regulator switch - 2  - downwards out of door trim.
• Disconnect connector - 3  - at window lifter switch.

Installing 

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

• Press switch into switch mount until fasteners engage.
• Install front door trim → 70 - INTERIOR TRIM .
