Removing

CAUTION:

Switch off all electrical components.
Switch ignition off and remove ignition key.

Remove glove compartment → 68 - Interior Equipment Removal And Installation .
Disconnect electrical harness connector - 3 -.
Remove joint pin 1 - 1 -.
Release switch - 2 - counter-clockwise - arrow - and remove.

Installing

Installation is performed in reverse order of removal, noting the following:

Install glove compartment → 68 - Interior Equipment Removal And Installation .
