Right Cylinder Head Cover, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

NOTE:

Replace the O-ring.

Replace the cylinder head seal if it is damaged.

Replace the cylinder head cover bolts when replacing the damaged seal.

Only remove the plugs or caps after installing the lines.

-- Clean the sealing surfaces; they must be free of oil and grease.

-- Tighten the right cylinder head cover bolts. Refer to Figure.

-- Install the fuel supply line. Refer to FUEL INJECTORS, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install ignition coils. Refer to IGNITION COILS WITH POWER OUTPUT STAGES, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
