Revised Distance Between the Holes for the Bumper Mount

NOTE:

The distance between the threaded taps has been shortened on new bumpers (beginning approximately March 20, 2006).

On older vehicles with the longer space between holes, it is necessary to drill an additional hole having the same diameter to match the space between the thread taps in the rear lid end piece.

-- Measure the distance between the thread taps on the new part.

-- Drill a hole -arrow- into the rear lid end piece to match the space between the thread taps as illustrated.
