Low Beam Bulb, Removing And Installing

-- Turn off the ignition and remove the key.

-- Turn the headlamp switch to "0".

-- Remove the headlamp, refer to HEADLAMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Release locking slide -2- in direction of -arrow- and remove housing cover -1- from headlamp housing.

-- Remove bulb -1- from spring clips -arrows-.

-- Disconnect electrical harness connector -2- at bulb.

Installation

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

-- Insert bulb in housing, taking care not to touch glass bulb with bare hands.

-- Press bulb in housing over spring clamp resistance.

-- Connect harness connector.

-- Close the housing lid.

-- Press the housing cover on the headlamp housing and secure the housing cover with the lock washer. Pay attention that all four tabs engage securely.

-- Install the headlamp, refer to HEADLAMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Adjust headlamps after Installation, refer to HEADLAMPS, ADJUSTING .
