Garage Door Opener Control Module J530, removing and installing

Removing 

• Remove front bumper cover → 63 - Bumpers Removal And Installation .
• Remove bolt - 3  - on battery retaining strap - 4  -.
• Remove Garage Door Opener Control Module - 2  - from lock carrier.
• Disconnect electrical connection - 1  -.

Installing 

Install in reverse order of removal; noting the following:

• Install front bumper cover → 63 - Bumpers Removal And Installation .

Tightening torque
