Gear cover and boot, assembly overview

1 - Automatic transmission cover

• Removing 

• Pry off gear cover - 1  -.

2 - Manual transmission cover

• Removing 

• Pry off gear cover - 2  -.

3 - Boot

• Removing 

• Unclip mounting frame - 6  -.
• Turn connecting piece - 5  - to right in direction of - arrow A  - until it unlocks.
• Remove selector lever knob - 4  -.

• Installing 

• Install selector lever knob - 4  -.
• Turn connecting piece - 5  - to left in direction of - arrow B  - until it locks.
• Clip in mounting frame - 6  - in direction of - arrow C  - arrow C.
