Installation position of Ground (GND) connection

• Route Ground (GND) connection as shown in illustration.
• First hook Ground (GND) connection contact - 1  - into securing hole on fuel tank - 5  - and then press in spacer bushing - 2  -.
• Make sure connector of Ground (GND) connection - 4  - fits securely at metal ring - 3  - of fuel filler tube.

CAUTION: After installing, check electrical connection of metal ring at fuel filler tube to a blank portion of chassis using Ohm meter:

• Specification: approx. 0 Ohm.
