1 - Radiator

• Removing and installing → Radiator, removing and installing 
• Replace coolant after replacing

2 - Lower coolant hose

3 - Return hose from turbocharger

• With bypass thermostat in hose

4 - Coolant pump

• Removing and installing → Coolant pump, removing and installing 

5 - Turbocharger

• Removing and installing → Turbocharger, removing and installing 

6 - Map Controlled Engine Cooling Thermostat F265

• Removing and installing → Map Controlled Engine Cooling Thermostat F265 , removing and installing 
• Checking → Map Controlled Engine Cooling Thermostat F265 , checking 

7 - Engine oil cooler

8 - Cylinder head/cylinder block

• Replace coolant after replacing

9 - Water connection

10 - Bleeder hole

11 - Heater core of heater

• Replace coolant after replacing

12 - Bleeder screw

• Torque specification 20 Nm

13 - Expansion tank

• With cap
• Pressure relief valve in cap, checking → Cooling system, checking for leaks 

14 - Coolant line

15 - Upper coolant hose
