• Torque wrench VAG 1331 or (equivalent 5 - 50 Nm)

• Heed CAUTIONS listed above

• Slide battery cover to right - arrow 1  - and lift off - arrow 2  - (where applicable).

• Disconnect negative ( - ) terminal - arrow  - from battery post.
