Turbocharger Vacuum Diaphragm

Removing

-- Remove the turbocharger TURBOCHARGER ASSEMBLY OVERVIEW .

-- Remove securing plate -1- over linkage on turbocharger.

-- Loosen lock nut -2-.

-- Disconnect linkage from turbocharger -3-.

-- Disconnect vacuum diaphragm -1- and remove -4-.

Installing

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

Tightening specifications, refer to TURBOCHARGER ASSEMBLY OVERVIEW .

-- Adjust the turbocharger vacuum diaphragm. Refer to TURBOCHARGER VACUUM DIAPHRAGM, ADJUSTING .

-- Install the turbocharger. Refer to TURBOCHARGER .
