1 - 23 Nm

2 - Front clamping sleeve

Before tightening, ensure exhaust system is tension-free → Exhaust system, installing free of tension
Installation position of bolt ends Installed position of front double clamps
Fasten threaded fasteners uniformly, while pushing center muffler exhaust pipe upward slightly

3 - Center muffler

4 - Retaining loop

Checking pretension, → Exhaust system, installing free of tension ; Exhaust system, installing free of tension

5 - 23 Nm

6 - Bolt

7 - Rear muffler

For left side of vehicle
With exhaust flap
Original equipment as one unit with center muffler. For repairs, replace each separately.

With shield, depending on version
When replacing a single rear muffler, remove shield from opposite rear muffler Shield on rear muffler
Install exhaust system free of stress → Exhaust system, installing free of tension
Exhaust flap, checking → Exhaust flaps, checking

11 - Vacuum hose

12 - 23 Nm

13 - Rear muffler

For right side of vehicle
With exhaust flap
Original equipment as one unit with center muffler. For repairs, replace each separately.

Install exhaust system free of stress → Exhaust system, installing free of tension
Exhaust flap, checking → Exhaust flaps, checking

14 - Rear clamping sleeve

For individual replacement of center and rear mufflers
Before tightening, ensure exhaust system is tension-free → Exhaust system, installing free of tension
Installed location Installed position of rear double clamps
Tighten threaded connections evenly

15 - 23 Nm

16 - Clamping piece
