Auxiliary cooler, removing and installing

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

Removing 

NOTE:
  • The following removal and installation procedure is for the right auxiliary cooler. The left auxiliary cooler is removed and installed in the same manner.

CAUTION: Cover the cap of the expansion tank with a rag and open it carefully, as hot steam, i.e. hot coolant, may escape when opening.

Installing 

Installation is in reverse order of removal. Note following:

  • Secure all hose connections using hose clamps appropriate for the model type .

Air guide to auxiliary cooler 10
Auxiliary cooler to bracket 10
