Check control module version

Connect Scan tool V.A.G 1551 and select "Brake electronics" with address word 03, see VAG1551 SCAN TOOL (ST), CONNECTING AND ENTERING ADDRESS WORD .
Go back to the initial settings of the program by pressing the --> button:

Press buttons -0- and -1- for the function "Check control module version" and confirm entry with -Q-button.

NOTE:

The control module version can only be altered by installing a new control module.
Also refer to the Parts List for the correct ABS Control Module (w/EDL) -J104- for the vehicle.
