Front Caliper (BREMBO): Reassembly

Install piston dust seal (1) on piston (2). Insert piston seal (3) in brake caliper. See Fig 1 .

Insert piston into hole by hand.Press brake piston past inner seal by hand.
Press protective cap 1.73" (44 mm) into brake caliper housing using piston resetting tool and Special Tool (3294/1). See Fig 2 .

Press protective cap 1.57" (40 mm) into brake caliper housing using piston resetting tool and Special Tool (3350/2). See Fig 3 .
