Malfunction is indicated only by A/C control head -E87-.
- Check data lines to -E87- for open or wiring resistance.
Wiring resistance max: 1.5 Ohm
NOTE:
- Watch for possible loose contact in the wiring and connectors.
- If malfunction is simultaneously displayed for connection to engine control module and to instrument cluster, the malfunction lies with the wiring connection to -E87- or in -E87-.
If no malfunction can be determined, malfunction is in -E87-.
