Rear seatback (sport seat), removing and installing: Removing

- Remove front seat. See FRONT SEAT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Remove outer trim for seatframe. See FRAME TRIM (SPORT SEAT), REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Pull trim for seatback hinge -1- carefully in direction of arrow -A-. Simultaneously slide upward in direction of (arrow -B-) and remove. See Fig 1.
- Unclip trim -2-.
- Remove electrical wiring -2- and -3- from connector -4-. See Fig 2.
- Disconnect electrical wire -1-.
- Pull out connecting wire -5- with VAS1978 from connector housing -6-.
- Remove wiring from seat frame.
- Remove bolts -1- (left and right).
- Remove rear seat bench.
