Adhering protective sheet onto side panel
- Remove old protective sheet at side panel.NOTE: Side panel (at area of adhesion) and sheet must be at a temperature between +20° C (68° F) and +60° C (140° F) before adhesion.
- Clean adhesive surface of dust and grease to which emblem will be attached.
- Moisten adhesion surface with mixture of alcohol and distilled water (1: 3).
- Peel backing off of adhesion surface of protective sheet.
- Press sheet on from center toward edges so water film is pressed out under sheet.
- Make sure no air bubbles are trapped under sheet during process.NOTE: If any air is trapped under the sheet, carefully prick bubbles using a needle and press sheet on again.
