Tail light in side panel, removing and installing: Removing

Open storage shelf in luggage compartment on relevant side.
Open tail light cover and remove.
Remove luggage compartment trim on appropriate side.
See LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM, REMOVING .
Turn knob -2- at bulb carrier -1- counter clockwise and remove.
Remove four hex nuts (4x, size in mm: 8) -3- and remove tail light -4- from vehicle on outside.
