Headlights, removing and installing: Removing

NOTE: Cover bumper with adhesive tape in area of headlight to prevent paint damage.

Remove Phillips-head screw -1- and remove trim molding - 2-.
Remove the four Phillips-head screws -3- and then remove headlight from vehicle by pulling slightly forward.

Disconnect electrical connection at headlight (for gas discharge lamps, two electrical connections).
Remove headlight from vehicle toward front.
