Emergency battery, removing and installing: Removing

Remove Telephone/Telematic Control Module -J526-. See TELEPHONE/TELEMATIC CONTROL MODULE -J526-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

NOTE: It is not necessary to disconnect the electrical connections to -J526-.

Remove floor mats.
Carefully disconnect the electrical connections from emergency battery.
Remove battery from bracket.
