Lateral support and mounting for headrest, removing and installing

Mounting for headrest
- For vehicles with power adjustable headrest.
- Removing:
  - Remove screw -11- and remove retaining bracket (seatback frame is shown from back in small illustration).
  - Separate driveshaft from drive motor.
Driveshaft for height adjustment
- For lateral support.
Retaining ring for driveshaft
- Fastened with anti-squeak felt -4- to seatback frame using tie wrap
Anti-squeak felt
- Lateral support must be removed
- When installing, place tie wrap to original position
Linkage
Driveshaft
- Remove lock ring -10- and remove driveshaft
Lateral support
- Removing:
  - Open all tie wraps for anti-squeak felt -4-.
  - Remove lock ring -10-
  - Unhook linkage -5-.
  - Unhook lateral support from retaining bracket -8- and -9-.
  - Separate driveshaft -2- from lateral support.
Retaining bracket
- 2 parts
- When installing, press retaining bracket on securely
Retaining bracket
- 2 parts
- When installing, press retaining bracket on securely
