NOTE:

• The resistance level of the position sensors in the motors (specification: 4.5 k ohm up to 7.5 k ohm between terminals 1 and 3) can be measured only directly at the motor (parallel circuit).
• The resistance level of the position sensors in the motors (between terminals 1 and 2 as well as 2 and 3) is dependent on the position of the motor; it must only be measured with the motor installed. The upper specification level is not achieved in test steps 6.1 and 6.2 (in order to achieve the upper specification level, all the connectors of the other motors would have to be disconnected during the measurement, parallel circuit).
• If -E87- recognizes the malfunction "Position sensor short circuit to ground or open circuit/short circuit to positive", test all position sensors (test steps 5 and 6).
