If the readouts in display fields 3 or 4 are not within the permissible range. See DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE (DTC) TABLE .
If the feedback value in display field 1 is less than 5 (short circuit) or greater than 250 (open circuit), perform electrical test. See AUTOMATIC CLIMATE CONTROL SYSTEM, ELECTRICAL TESTS .
