Integrated audio switches in steering wheel, removing and installing: Removing

Disconnect battery Ground (GND) strap.
Turn front wheels and steering wheel to straight ahead position
WARNING: Observe all airbag safety precautions before starting work on any part of the airbag system. See AIR BAG SAFETY PRECAUTIONS .
From rear of steering wheel on left and right sides, use Torx(R) bit T30 to remove screws mounting airbag unit.
Tightening torque: 7 Nm

Carefully remove airbag unit from steering wheel.
Disconnect electrical connectors from airbag unit and disconnect 6-pin electrical connector on right-side audio switch.
Remove both Torx(R) screws (T10) (arrows) from right -1- and left-hand -2- audio switches.
Remove wiring from guides -3- and unclip audio switches from airbag unit.
