Transport Mode ("Symphony" radio from m.y. 2002), deactivating

On "Symphony" radios from m.y. 2002, the radio system is disabled (switched-off) when Transport Mode is activated. This is necessary when vehicles are transported over long distances or stored for longer periods of time.

Audi A8 vehicles are initially delivered to dealerships with the Radio system in Transport Mode, and must be deactivated before delivery to the customer using OBD program function 10 - Adaptation. See ADAPTATION (FUNCTION 10) .
